BAKERY FAQ

DO YOU USE PRESERVATIVES IN YOUR TREATS?
All of our treats are baked fresh using wholesome ingredients with no added preservatives, additives, sugar or salt. We use the finest quality baking ingredients, using only ingredients that are safe for your pet including treat decorations made with carob or yogurt (no chocolate is ever used). For specific ingredients used in each of our treats, go to the treat's item description in our online store where the ingredients are listed for each particular treat.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND SHIP?
After placing your order online, it will be shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday. During the Holidays, orders may take longer and please allow extra time for delivery.

Keep in mind when determining shipping times, the day your items ship is not counted as a shipping day. If you need your order by a specific date, please allow for arrival a few days before your celebration or event! Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping option for you.

CAN I PERSONALIZE A TREAT WITH MY DOG’S NAME?
You can personalize our birthday bone cookie or our birthday cake with your dog's name for FREE! Just write in the name you would like on the cookie in the personalization section upon shopping cart checkout, maximum of ten letters.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCTS?
ModDog Bakery & Boutique LLC stands behind all our products 100% and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately after receiving your order for online store credit or replacement instructions.

SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS
ModDog will take special orders or custom orders. For further inquiry contact us at 832.326.0409 or sales@ModDogstudio.com.

PERONALIZED ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation notice must be submitted either at 832.326.0409 or sales@ModDogstudio.com no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been processed then we can cancel the order otherwise it is non-cancelable.

RETURN POLICY
Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed if the item is defective. Please contact us via e-mail at sales@ModDogstudio.com to report all defects/returns.

I have spent a lot of money trying to find a treat that my Chihuahua will eat- she's so finicky. I picked up a box of your chicken-cheddar-veggie "yapper-tizers" at our local dog boutique and my little girl drooled over them. I have never seen her actually eat a treat and beg for more, and they are healthy too! I couldn't believe they are all-natural and that humans can even eat them. She also likes your other bakery treats. I don't know what you do, but you've got it right....keep up the baking!
